A big thank you to Peter Limbouris from Dirk’s Meat Supply and General Committee member Bill Howell for organising the pig-on-the-spit last Saturday. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than participating in some sailing then enjoying succulent roast pork, crackling, slow baked potatoes with garlic and rosemary and some freshly made coleslaw. All free for RN members. It was lovely to see some familiar faces on the Ndongeni lawns. Keep an eye on your newsletter for information on the next spit roast as Keith Brodie has offered to go bush pig hunting again.
