The Seaport Regatta Report

The Seaport Regatta was a great success, 14 entries on a blustery day for Halcats.

Nick Hasties from Seaport Supply has been a loyal supporter for this event.

There were 3 races run on a triangle course in the bay.

Neil wads worth came out tops with 3 first places, with Graham Weyer second.

There were a number of capsizes in those blustery conditions but Moses and Crew on the Race Support managed to right the Halcats and get them on their way.

Big thanks to Carl Zimmerman for being Race Officer, Terry Flynn as Protest Chairman and Kearin McNamara as Regatta Secretary.

The racing ended… The Colour Party started and it capped off a wonderful colourful day
